PFriend of the Forest
Ivern cannot attack or be attacked by non-epic monsters. Ivern can create magical groves on jungle camps which grow over time. When the grove is fully grown, Ivern may free the monsters to receive gold and experience.
the Green Father
Ivern approaches the map unlike anyone else. His passive, Friend of the Forest, forbids him from attacking non-epic jungle monsters — instead he plants magical groves on camps that mature over time, then frees the monsters to collect the gold and experience. In practice this makes jungle Ivern a pure pathing-and-tempo pick, while the listed Support and Mid roles use the same enabling toolkit in lane.
His playmaking starts with Rootcaller, a vine skillshot that damages and roots the first enemy hit — crucially, Ivern’s allies can dash to the rooted target, turning a single landed Q into a team-wide gap closer. Brushmaker lets him create patches of brush anywhere, granting bonus magic damage on attacks for himself and nearby allies while opening endless vision tricks and ambush angles. Triggerseed shields an ally, then explodes to slow and damage surrounding enemies, and refreshes if it hits nothing — protection and poke in one button.
His ultimate summons Daisy, a controllable Sentinel who fights alongside him and can be directed to attack or move, giving the pacifist of the jungle a genuine frontline threat. Ivern contributes almost everything except personal damage: engage extension, shields, brush control, tempo, and a bruiser on demand. With 3/10 attack but a 7/10 difficulty rating, he suits selfless, map-oriented players who measure success in ally kills enabled rather than their own — a facilitator’s champion through and through.

EIvern places a shield on an ally which explodes after a short duration slowing and damaging enemies. The shield refreshes if it hits no enemies.
