PDamnation
Thresh can harvest the souls of enemies that die near him, permanently granting him Armor and Ability Power.
the Chain Warden
Thresh is widely regarded as one of the deepest supports in League of Legends, a playmaking tank whose kit offers both hard engage and best-in-class ally protection. Death Sentence is his signature: a hooked chain that binds an enemy and drags them toward him, with a second activation pulling Thresh to the target instead — turning a landed hook into either a pick for his team or a personal dive. Almost everything about a Thresh game is decided by when and whether those hooks land.
What separates him from other hook champions is Dark Passage. The lantern he throws shields nearby allies and lets one of them click it to dash to his position, enabling rescues, two-man ganks, and jungle pick-ups that no other champion can replicate. Flay complements both tools: its passive charges his attacks to hit harder the longer he waits between them, while the active sweeps his chain to knock enemies in the direction of the blow — pushing divers off his carry or yanking a fleeing target back into hook range.
Damnation gives Thresh a unique growth curve: he harvests souls from enemies that die nearby, permanently gaining armor and ability power, so his tankiness is earned through active play rather than levels. The Box, his ultimate, erects a prison of slowing walls that punish anyone who breaks through, ideal for locking down a hooked victim or zoning a chokepoint.
Thresh fits players who want to shot-call the bot lane — creating picks and saving teammates in the same fight — though his impact rises and falls with skillshot accuracy.

QThresh binds an enemy in chains and pulls them toward him. Activating this ability a second time pulls Thresh to the enemy.
WThresh throws out a lantern that shields nearby allied Champions from damage. Allies can click the lantern to dash to Thresh.
EThresh's attacks wind up, dealing more damage the longer he waits between attacks. When activated, Thresh sweeps his chain, knocking all enemies hit in the direction of the blow.
