Where to find Snaf in the Old Camp?
Snaf is a friendly cook whose kitchen provides food for the locals. You can find him in the outer ring of the Old Camp. Look for his personal hut or the large steaming cauldron located right outside nearby.
During your first conversation, the cook will treat you to a portion of food and offer to teach you the recipe for his signature dish. However, he’s desperately short of ingredients to prepare a new batch. This will begin the quest “Snaf’s Meatbug Stew Recipe.”
Snaf’s Meatbug Recipe Ingredients: Exact Locations
To complete the quest and learn the recipe, you’ll need to obtain two types of ingredients:

1. Where to Find Meatbug Meat (3)
Meatbug Meat is a large, harmless insect that can be found in abundance in the abandoned corners of the camp. To quickly gather the required amount of meat, follow these steps:

Turn left and follow the path toward the empty, dilapidated huts located near the southern entrance to the Old Camp.

Watch your step: large beetles will be crawling along the ground near the walls of the buildings. How to obtain: Simply stomp the insects or hit them once with any starting weapon. Then, loot the carcasses to loot the meat beetles.
2. Where to find Nether Cap Mushrooms (5)
Finding the mushrooms is more difficult, as you’ll have to leave the camp’s safe perimeter to get them. According to the logs, the ruined tower serves as a landmark for searching.
