Electronic Arts has revealed what the operator skins will look like in the first season of Battlefield 6. The launch is scheduled for October 28.

A storm is raging on the Internet and Battlefield 6 is being discussed again, even though the first season hasn’t even started yet! This time, everyone is arguing because of the appearance of the fighters, or rather, because of the new skin called Wicked Grin. They say that this is a bright blue suit that will be given to everyone for free.
“Okay, stop. And where are our promised realistic costumes? The ones where the soldiers are fighting? — they are outraged on the Web. — and the first season, and already there are problems, and in the future there will be a riot of colors that the teams will not be distinguished. The war? More like paintball or ASG-showdown.” Bright weapons with pictures, camouflage with neon inserts… It turns out to be a strange mix that, according to the idea, should look cool, but it just comes out wild.
I must say, this is not the first time that players are unhappy with the developers and what they are doing for the people. In Battlefield 6, the clothes are increasingly detached from reality. In September, there was already a fuss over the leaked green camouflage. And now a Reddit post criticizing the Sinister Grin has garnered more than 18,000 likes in just a couple of hours. The author sarcastically noted that DICE promised to make mundane and believable images, but they didn’t last long – just for 18 days.
Electronic Arts has already shown the trailer for the first season of Battlefield 6. The launch is on October 28, and it will take place in three stages. The developers promised a bunch of updates: new maps, weapons, modes and equipment. The second part will be released on November 18, and the end of the season will be on December 9.
