Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 2, continues to delight (or infuriate, depending on your luck) with epic skirmishes. The island is currently in a full-blown war: Team Foundation versus Team Ice King. In Act 2, the Ice King made a surprise move—he unlocked the Reforged Infinity Blade. The problem: the weapon is shared between the entire lobby. Only one player can claim it, instantly turning the match into a horror show for everyone else.
Is it worth it? Yes, if you’re up for the hunt. The blade deals 90-110 damage, passively heals and restores health for each enemy killed. Plus, it comes with speed and stamina buffs. Aimed attack (L2/LT) is a long-range jump, while normal attack (R2/RT) is a sweeping arc that acts like a ground slam in mid-air. A nostalgic toy that easily earns a Victory Royale in a couple of swings.
Where can I find the blade and how can I avoid being late?
It doesn’t appear just anywhere, but in the form of a Rift Anomaly. Usually, it’s closer to the third storm zone. As soon as the anomaly occurs, the server receives a loud notification and a marker appears on the map. In one of the test matches, the blade dropped near Sus Studios—but the coordinates are different every time.
Your goal is to be the first to reach it. Everyone sees the same point, so the race will be both fun and strict. The sword is embedded in a stone, and pulling it out takes 6 seconds. A long time, by the way. But upon picking it up, the new owner receives 125 health and 125 shield. If you’re late, no problem. Kill the lucky player, and the blade will be yours. The main thing is not to slack off.
We’d say: definitely take it. The risk is huge, but the reward is worth it. Just remember: with such a toy, you become the main target of the entire island. But isn’t that fun?
