PNimble Fighter
Fizz can move through units and takes a flat amount of reduced damage from all sources
the Tidal Trickster
Fizz is a slippery melee assassin-fighter for the mid lane, with top lane as a secondary home, and his identity is mobility that borders on unfair. Nimble Fighter lets him move through units and reduces all incoming damage by a flat amount, which makes his short-range trading style viable — he ghosts through minion waves that would block other melees and shrugs off poke that would whittle them down.
His trades are built from Urchin Strike, a dash through the target that deals magic damage and applies on-hit effects, combined with Seastone Trident, which makes his attacks bleed enemies with magic damage over time and can be activated to empower his next hits. But the ability that defines Fizz is Playful / Trickster: he hops onto his spear and becomes completely untargetable, then chooses to slam the ground where he stands or hop again to a new position before crashing down. Timed well, it dodges ultimates, turret shots and entire burst combos.
Chum the Waters is his kill button — a thrown fish that attaches to the first champion it touches, slowing them until a shark erupts from below, knocking the victim up and scattering nearby enemies. Landing the fish on a priority target sets up his full dash-and-slam sequence for a near-guaranteed kill.
Fizz suits aggressive players who love baiting cooldowns and dancing around danger; his power lives in the untargetability window, and a mistimed hop leaves him stranded in melee range with nothing left.

QFizz dashes through his target, dealing magic damage and applying on hit effects.
WFizz's attacks bleed his enemies, dealing magic damage over several seconds. Fizz can empower his next attack to deal bonus damage and empower his further attacks for a short time.
EFizz hops into the air, landing gracefully upon his spear and becoming untargetable. From this position, Fizz can either slam the ground or choose to jump again before smashing back down.
RFizz tosses a fish in a direction that attaches to any champion that touches it, slowing the target. After a short delay, a shark erupts from the ground, knocking up the target and knocking any nearby enemies aside. All enemies hit are dealt magic damage and slowed.
