There’s absolutely nothing to gain near the closed door. Turn around and head back to the spot where Agent 007 jumped from the roof ledge right next to the sign with the number “34.” The key to the solution lies right there.
Activate the Q-Lens scanner by pressing the combination (L1/LB) and carefully examine the space behind the glass. See the red and blue cable? It leads directly to the electronic lock. We activate the Q-Watch gadget, hack the controller, and the path to the once-inaccessible Boltzmann office is finally clear.
Inside Boltzmann’s office, look left. There’s a terminal controlling the local technical staff. Click Triangle/Y to summon the robot vacuum cleaner. This little helper will easily navigate through blocked openings and automatically unlock the passage, returning Greenway to the game.
