In Pragmata, you can’t do anything without Pure Lunum—it’s the main resource for upgrading everything high-level. Players who want to get the most out of their gear will be constantly hunting for it. There are 42 of these crystals hidden throughout the game. They can be found in five main locations, earned through training in the Vault, or obtained after the end credits. We’ll tell you exactly where to look.

How to get Pure Lunum in Pragmata: all sources?

The developers haven’t forced you to revisit the same places—there are plenty of sources.

Pure Lunum sources guide

  • Chests in levels—21. They’re scattered across the five regions of Pragmata. Some are right there, while others need to be opened through puzzles or combat.
  • Cabin training simulations—8. Complete the challenges in the Vault, and the reward is yours.
  • Post-game and Hidden Room—13. This one’s more serious: four stronger bosses and secret missions after the story. For hardcore collectors.

Pure Lunum by region: how many crystals and where

If you need to figure out where to run first:

  • Solar Power Plant – 1
  • Mass Production – 4
  • Terra Dome – 6
  • Lunum Mines – 4
  • Central Port – 6

Pragmata regions crystal locations

The numbers are small, but don’t be fooled: finding some of them will take a fair amount of time.

How to collect Pure Lunum without unnecessary runs around the map?

The easiest way to collect Pure Lunum is not by simply “clearing the location and forgetting,” but by making two meaningful runs. If you try to complete 100% of the total at once, the game will quickly run into abilities you don’t have yet: primarily Lim Eraser and Purification.

Where to start? With a normal route. The first run is best considered a story-driven one: collect all the Pure Lunum that lies along the way and doesn’t require any additional tools. The second run is a full-fledged cleanup, once key upgrades are unlocked and you can safely return to chests, filaments, dead masses, and hidden platforms.

Lim Eraser upgrade route

Pure Lunum Collection Order by Location

The best route is as follows:

  1. Solar Power Plant: Collect any available Pure Lunum, but don’t waste time on filaments without the Lim Eraser.
  2. Mass Production: Here you can complete the entire collection process; all 4 Lunums are immediately available.
  3. Terra Dome on your first visit: Collect 5 of the 6, and leave the chest with the “Purification” requirement for later.
  4. Lunum Mines: Collect all 4; there are no additional requirements for them.
  5. Central Port: Collect everything unlocked at this stage, and mark bottlenecks with upgrades, locks, and hacking for a final check.

This approach significantly reduces unnecessary travel across the map. It’s not ideal in terms of “getting everything at once,” but it’s much faster.

When to return for missed crystals?

After obtaining the necessary abilities, the route becomes much easier. First, return to the Solar Power Plant and close the chest tied to the Lim Eraser. Then, head to the Terra Dome: the last Pure Lunum can be obtained there via Purification.

The final check should be made in the Central Port. This is where missed hacking nodes, blocked passages, or chests that the player couldn’t access before are most often found.

The main mistake when collecting Pure Lunum in Pragmata

The most common trap is trying to “press” a location without the necessary tools. The player runs in circles, checking walls, looking for a way around, although the correct solution is simpler: move forward with the story and return later. If your goal is to collect 100% Pure Lunum without chaotic repeat runs, keep this simple guide in mind: anything involving filaments, dead masses, and hidden platforms almost always requires late-stage abilities. This route saves up to 30–40% of your time compared to haphazard exploration.

All 21 Pure Lunum Chests: A Guide to Each Location

Let’s break them down in order, following the steps you’ll take each location. Each block is numbered separately.

Power Distribution Center: 1 Crystal

Pure Lunum #1 is here—and it’s a tricky one. You’ll need the Lim Eraser. Get that device first, then return to the Power Distribution Center. There’s an elevator to the left of the main route—go up it. At the top, turn left and jump over the railing down. Next, look for a corridor on the left; it’s blocked by a blue mass of filaments. Use the Lim Eraser and proceed to the combat room. Cleared the enemies? A chest containing a Pure Lunum awaits you inside.

The remaining blocks and locations will be continued (in Part 2, we’ll cover Mass Production, Terra Dome, the mines, and the Central Port, as well as the post-game bosses). Stay tuned.

All crystals in Mass Production: 4 collection points

Four Pure Lunums are hidden in the Mass Production location. Two are in the Trade District (block 02), and two more are in the Business District (block 04).

Trade District: 2 Lunums in Block 02

Pure Lunum #1 will be obtained almost immediately after dealing with the second beacon. You’ll find yourself in a small chamber with a couple of chests—the one you need is on the right. A small, but nice, thing.

But #2 is a reward. Complete the Trade District’s Red Zone, and the crystal is yours.

Business District: 2 crystals in Block 04

The first copy is right by the wall, in the same room where the Office Building’s emergency hatch is. Nearby is the door to Sector 6. Don’t miss it.

The second one will be awarded again for completing the Red Zone, but this time in the Business District. Yes, the developers love to repeat this trick.

Terra Dome: 6 Crystals and How to Get Each

This is where things get interesting. A total of six Pure Lunums are scattered across five blocks.

Block 01: The first crystal at the entrance to the dome

There’s only one, but they won’t give it to you without a fight. Clear the first battle room in the Red Zone; look for a chest against the wall next to the printer.

Eco-Modeling Lab: 3 Pure Lunums

The first is a standard reward for the Red Zone lab. Boring, but reliable.

The second drops after the miniboss. Collect all three Gene Chips in the lab, and a SectorGuard (the same one from the Solar Power Plant) will jump out at you. Take it down, and look for a chest just beyond the arena.

The third is the trickiest. You’ll need the “Purification” ability, which is unlocked near the end of the game. It removes dead filament masses. Return to the Eco-Modeling Lab, go to the round platform (where the second Gene Chip was), and jump over the railing on the left. Behind the white containers is a block of dead filaments. Destroy it and loot the last chest in the sector.

Soil Exploration: Hidden Platform with a Crystal

One crystal, but with a condition. Clear the room with the second jammer and enter a large, secure room. Don’t jump down right away! Examine the far wall: there’s a raised platform there. The chest is on it. However, you can only reach the platform after the battle—use the red hacking terminal in the wall to lower the barrier.

Terrarium: Lunum for completing the Red Zone

A standard reward for completing the Red Zone. No surprises.

Pure Lunum in the Lunum Mines: full list of locations

Warehouse: 2 crystals in the Lunum Mines

The first Pure Lunum is right in plain sight. Exit the room with the orange boxes and the Nice Nodes mod—the chest is waiting right away.

The second is a classic: a reward for completing the Warehouse Red Zone.

Main Excavation Site: a crystal on a hidden platform

One. A large open area, a platform with a blue mass of filaments underneath. Climb the ramp to the top, clearing out the enemies. The chest is in the corner of the platform.

Nexus Tower: Lunum for completing the Red Zone Excavation Site

Now this is interesting. A reward for completing the Red Zone at the edge of the Main Excavation Site—but it counts specifically for the Nexus Tower. Don’t confuse them.

Central Port: 6 crystals and all collection points

The final location—a whopping six crystals.

Regolith Lab: 3 crystals and how to find each

Three of them! Two—as a reward for completing the Red Zone (yes, they give you two, don’t be surprised). The third one is in the same chamber as the “Source” of the Dead Filament Mass.

Luna Filament Lab: 3 Lunums and a Locked Gate

Three more. The first is a standard Red Zone reward.
The second is hidden behind a gate with five locks. Proceed to the REM “Sand Castle” area and climb the stairs. Look for another locked gate—there’s a hacking node on the right. Open it and loot the chest.

The third crystal appears after defeating the Guardian. The chamber will open just beyond the boss arena. Don’t leave until you’ve checked it out.

Cabin Training: How to Get 8 Pure Lunums

Eight crystals will be awarded for completing training simulations in the Vault. The conditions vary: in some, just completing them is enough, while in others, you’ll have to work hard—meet the timing or take no damage at all. Here’s the full list.

Vault training Pure Lunum

02: Flickering Drift and Discovery (one star)

Collect 7 signal data points in 60 seconds. This is a standard task—you’ll get a crystal upon completion.

08: Along the Crates (one star)

Reach the objective. But there’s a catch: you need to complete it within 60 seconds. Don’t rush, but don’t get too hung up on it either.

12: Fully Completed (two stars)

Reach the objective again within a minute. The reward is for completion, with no additional conditions.

16: Cracking and Crash (four stars)

Destroy enemies with weapons within 120 seconds. This one’s serious—you need to complete it without taking damage. Missed your dodge timing? Restart.

18: Panic Frenzy (two stars)

The objective is 60 seconds, but to get the Pure Lunum, you need to do it in 50 seconds. Yes, ten seconds faster.

23: Walker Family (four stars)

Clear all enemies. No timer, but crowds of enemies can be overwhelming. Reward for completion.

24: Expert Lockpick (four stars)

Reach the objective in 90 seconds, without making any mistakes while lockpick. One mistake, and the crystal floats away.

30: Stand or Die (five stars)

The hardest challenge yet. Reach the objective… and not take a single hit. Not a single one. Good luck.

Post-game: 13 Pure Lunums and a Hidden Room

After the credits, hardcore collectors unlock content—13 more Pure Lunums. They’re hidden in the missions “Unknown Signal” and “Hidden Room.” There are nine simulation challenges in total, but four of them must be unlocked first.

How? Defeat the enhanced versions of the bosses. These are SectorGuard, Creator, Garden Keeper, and LunaDigger. Each of them drops one Pure Lunum upon death. Don’t miss them.

The remaining nine crystals are found right inside the simulations. Most are awarded automatically when you reach the lighthouse at the end. A few are scattered near the main platforms—they’re hard to miss unless you’re rushing.

Now you have a complete map of all 42 Pure Lunums in Pragmata. Happy hunting.
