The developers of PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS are not slowing down in the fight against cheaters. According to the official report for the period from February 23 to March 1, 2026, anti-cheat systems, together with a team of developers, blocked over 32,000 gaming accounts and more than 200 devices related to violations of the rules.

Ban statistics for the week: the numbers speak for themselves

Most of the locks are caused by the use of prohibited software. About 26,000 accounts were banned for cheats in PUBG: aimbot, wallhack, speedhack, damage modifications, third-party scripts and other prohibited software that gives an unfair advantage in matches.

Ban statistics in PubG Mobile

Cheating has long turned into one of the main headaches of the royal battles genre. In PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS, the team regularly conducts waves of bans, analyzes suspicious matches and monitors third—party software – the reason for this is clear: without an honest environment, the game simply loses its meaning.

Violations and punishments: not just cheats

The blockages of the week were not limited to fighting with cheaters. Among the violators of the rules of behavior are very real people with very specific actions:

  • 4,963 players are blocked for teamkill, the killing of allies that can destroy a match for the entire team in a matter of seconds.
  • 1,090 users have had their accounts blocked for collusion with opponents: when players from different teams intentionally cooperate for personal gain, this is no longer a bug — it is a deliberate violation.
  • 366 accounts have been blocked for other violations of PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS rules.

The fight against the cheating infrastructure: blows to distributors

PUBG developers are going further — they are hitting not only the cheaters themselves, but also the distribution network of banned software. During the reporting period, a large-scale content cleanup was carried out:

  • 62 Discord servers that promoted cheating software
  • 20 Facebook pages and groups
  • 20 Instagram accounts
  • 242 YouTube videos dedicated to PUBG cheats
  • 845 TikTok accounts with cheat content
  • 34 streams demonstrating the use of cheats
  • 17 gaming accounts and devices directly involved in the distribution of prohibited software

This approach is logical: as long as there is demand and a cheat sales infrastructure, bans alone will not help matters. Each remote server or channel is potentially hundreds of players who will not have time to download the banned software.

Updating the rotation of maps in the Russian region

In addition to blocking cheaters, the developers have updated the rotation of cards in matchmaking. This week, the following are available in the Russian region:

  • Erangel
  • Taego
  • Deston
  • Miramar
  • Paramo

Each map is a separate tactical task: its own topography, its own landing points, its own combat dynamics. Rotation does not allow the game to stagnate in one place.

Anti-cheat and fair play: the course remains the same

The PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS team continues to improve the anti-cheat system, analyzes suspicious activity and conducts regular waves of bans. All this is part of a systematic effort to protect honest players and maintain a healthy competitive environment for millions of people around the world.
