The world of Counter-Strike 2 is not only frags and headshots, but also a successful business where a lot of money is spinning.

Hardware and numbers: How does a farm with 4,000 accounts work?

Danil Zeleny, the well—known owner of a skin farm in narrow circles, recently rolled out an insider about the scale of his business – in fact, he turned pixel mining into an industrial process. In an interview with Anton Khomenok, the entrepreneur honestly admitted that he had invested about $120,000 into the system.

The technical part looks intense — Danila has 60 powerful devices. By the way, there are 100 accounts on each computer that farm cases and drop along the chain: one is finished, the next one flies in. As a result, in a week, this entire armada of 4,000 prime accounts manages to “work out” its quota.

In truth, the profitability is impressive:

  • Turnover (dirty): about $16,000 per month.
  • Net profit: approximately $12,000 after all deductions and fees.

Risks and roundups: Valve vs Bots

It is worth considering that such earnings are now under the gun — Valve recently staged a real massacre, banning more than 30,000 accounts. In addition, farm owners whisper that the repression continues, and no one is immune from the loss of investments.

Gabe Newell Corporation systematically cleans Steam from bots, so that Danil Zeleny’s business, in principle, resembles a walk through a minefield. It is curious how long such a system will be able to bring in 913,000 rubles each, given the tightening of the screws. An unexpectedly powerful turnover for “just playing” is top—notch if investments manage to fight back.
