Things are looking pretty hot for the upcoming update—Update 4.5 is set to roll out a slew of collaborations, exclusives, and new modes. The release is scheduled for July 9th (iOS owners will have to wait an extra day). We’re breaking down everything that’s already surfaced: from a Ferrari fleet to a mysterious pet battle.

Collaborations in Update 4.5: Chainsaw Man and Fifty Fifty
Let’s start with the most talked-about. Rumor has it that Update 4.5 will feature two high-profile collaborations—with the anime Chainsaw Man and the K-pop group Fifty Fifty. However, there’s a catch, and it’ll be disappointing for many: it looks like both crossovers may be exclusive to the Korean version. This means that other regions, it seems, won’t get everything. It’s a shame, but for now, these are just leaks.
Ferrari Collaboration Trailer and Car List
This is all official. The developers, for some reason, showed a trailer for the Ferrari collaboration—and it features a good selection of cars. Interestingly, all the cars shown will likely sell for one token, so there won’t be much hunting involved. The tentative release date is July 15-31.

A decent selection: four models, prices ranging from 1500 to 4500. Incidentally, the Rosso Corsa has appeared in almost every lineup—it’s a classic, of course.
Voting for a Themed Mode: Naval Event Ahead
A vote was launched in-game on the topic “Which themed mode would you choose to see return?”—and the suspense quickly ended. The Naval Event is a huge hit. It garnered twice as many votes as any other option. People clearly missed the aquatic theme.
Amid the rumors about the possible returns of old X-suits, a curious logic emerges. When the new X-suit is released, the chances of Marmoriska and Poseidon will increase dramatically—both are related to the element of water. The Jester seems to be a miss: it doesn’t fit the concept. Considering that the majority is voting for the aquatic event, betting on naval characters seems logical.
What will return in Update 4.5: suits and weapons
There are plenty of returns, too. Ultimately, we’re promised the return of the Neptune’s Wrath costume with the M416 and the Bloody Cowboy costume with the AWM. So, those hoping to get the M416 Ninja don’t worry too much—the old sets are still available.
Of the new weapons, the Nine-Tails AUG was revealed. However, it seems they’ve decided to put off the Ninja God for later. It happens.
Naruto’s Golden Costume and the Chakra Super Power
The first Golden Costume in the new update will be Naruto—and with him comes a new AUG. As you can see, the theme is perfectly matched.
A special feature for those who like to farm bosses: after killing the Kurama boss, you receive the Chakra super power. Also, there’s information that some skins will be free in Update 4.5—but frankly, I can’t believe it. It’s too generous for the developers.
New modes and maps: Rondo, coin-based abilities, and Pet Battle
The Rondo map will be added to Ultimate Royale mode in Update 4.5—another reason to return to matchmaking.
Good news for collectors: all abilities will be available for purchase in the coin store. This means you can level up without much hassle.
And the icing on the cake. Apparently, the developers weren’t satisfied with Popularity Battles, Team Popularity Battles, House Battles, Team Battles, and Influence Battles—so they decided to add Pet Battles. Of course, they would. The list of modes is growing faster than you can keep up with them.
All in all, Update 4.5 looks packed: collaborations, Ferrari, a naval event on the horizon, and a new Golden Naruto. We’re looking forward to seeing it on July 9th.
