NetEase Games, along with Marvel Games, have announced another update for Marvel Rivals.
The patch is released on November 28, 2025. The main novelty is Venom’s unusual appearance named Gummy Surprise. The developers are deliberately intriguing: the teaser shows the symbiote in close-up, with the character sporting a miniskirt. You can pick up the costume until December 25, 2025. In parallel, the Restful Recovery skin for the 1,600 Units Blade will appear in the store.
And the day before, on November 27, 2025, the Grand Garden map awaits players. Imagine a magical garden with giant chess pieces — that’s where the battles will unfold. The location was sharpened for the fifth season: a lot of vertical levels, active team skirmishes and the ability to quickly change positions on the battlefield.
Marvel Rivals is currently in its fifth season, dedicated to Gambit and Rogue. The plot is romantic, but with a tragic connotation: the lovers were going to get married, but they were scattered across different timelines and corners of space. Gambit does not give up — he has conceived a grandiose robbery for the sake of a unique ring in order to propose to the Rascal again.
