The Machine Party was announced at the presentation of The Triple-i Initiative 2026. This is a new project by Mike Strawberries, the very author of the acclaimed Bucket Roulette. He is working on the game with GDeavid, and the publisher is Oro Interactive. The release is scheduled for summer 2026, the platform is PC via Steam.

What is a Machine Party in fact?

A cooperative indie action game for 2-4 players. According to the description, this is a set of mini-games. From the outside, they look like familiar entertainment — but inside, each turns into a race for survival. The task is simple: stay last. The tools are logic, reaction, and, apparently, active sabotage of the party’s neighbors.

Strawberry, by the way, is known for his ability to wrap familiar mechanics in an alarming, almost absurd wrapper. It looks like the same thing will happen here. The mini-games look cute and recognizable, but they’re actually deadly. This is the main nerve of the Machine Party.

What is known about the development and release

The project is being done jointly by Strawberry and GDeavid. The publisher is Oro Interactive, a label that has already worked with experimental indie titles. There is no exact date, the window is summer 2026. So far, only the PC version on Steam has been announced. The consoles were not named, but according to Strawberry’s experience, it’s too early to rule them out.

The presentation format should be noted separately. The Triple-i Initiative 2026 is a show where indie studios showcase their high—profile projects. And Machine Party was not given the last place there. So the stakes are serious.
