Innersh1ne is poised to remain as a coach for NRG Esports for an additional year. Vyacheslav “Innersh1ne” Britvin, who serves as the coach for the CS2 team, recently announced the renewal of his contract with the organization. This extension means he will continue in his role as assistant coach for another full year. In a personal update shared through his Telegram channel, Britvin provided insights into the team’s performance during the summer off-season, reflecting on their progress and strategies as they prepare for the upcoming challenges. This commitment underscores his dedication to the team and their collective growth in the competitive landscape.
What’s new at NRG?
After a short break and a long-awaited vacation, I returned to work with renewed vigor and dove headfirst into the esports routine.
And I’ll start with some great news: I officially extended my contract with NRG for another year. This decision was easy – I truly believe in our team, in the ambitious vision of the organization and the incredible potential that is embedded in the current roster. We have big goals ahead, and we are moving towards them.
The summer transfer window turned out to be a real test. We considered a lot of options, analyzed, weighed, and chose. Some deals fell through at the last moment – for a variety of reasons. But in the end, we were replenished with two strong players – Carson and Exotica. I am sure they will fit perfectly into our style and will help take the game to a new level.
Now we are focused on the most important thing – teamwork. It is important for us to quickly adapt to each other, establish chemistry within the team and build competent interaction before key tournaments. It is the team integrity that will determine our chances of winning.
Ahead of us is BLAST Bounty, and in September – EPL. These championships will be a real test of strength, and we are extremely serious. We will show everything we are capable of.
About the coach and experience:
I am Vyacheslav “Innersh1ne” Britvin, and in January 2025 I joined NRG Esports. Since then, we have already had one serious test – the IEM Dallas 2025 tournament, where we, having faced the strongest opponents, took 25-27th place. Not the best result, but invaluable experience. We have learned the maximum lessons and are already applying them in practice.
Before NRG, I had the opportunity to work with teams such as FURIA Esports and BetBoom Team, and each of them contributed to the formation of my approach to the game and my coaching philosophy. Now, all my energy is focused on the development of NRG and the development of the potential of our players.
