With the release of patch 1.04.00, Crimson Desert added not just fixes, but a whole new set of armor. Baltheon’s Armor. It makes customization a little more interesting: now you can put unwanted items in the Wardrobe, and this set is perfect for those who want to stand out.

Where can I find Baltheon’s Armor in Crimson Desert?

The instructions aren’t difficult to understand, but it requires some preparation. The main ingredient is Hernand’s Crown. It’s sold in the Shop inside Hernand’s Castle. The price is 70 Reputation Points. Yes, it’ll take a bit of work: complete orders and quests for local factions. Then put on the crown and head to the Equipment Shop in Hernand City.

Inside, scroll to the very bottom of the list—that’s where the armor is. Prices in silver coins:
-
Baltheon’s Plate Helmet — 2.64
-
Baltheon’s Plate Armor — 22.89
-
Baltheon’s Plate Gauntlets — 8.38

The cloak and boots are not included in this set (they are not sold by the same merchant). But there is a solution: the same merchant offers Kantha’s Plate Cloak and Kantha’s Plate Boots. They look quite harmonious with the set.
Baltheon’s Armor Stats and Drawbacks
The numbers are as follows. The helmet provides 2 defense, no upgrades, and an empty Abyss slot. Armor: 10 defense, upgrade 3, three empty slots. Gauntlets: 17 attack, 5 defense, upgrade 3, two empty slots.
And here’s the important point. Baltheon’s appearance is pleasant—yes, style fans will appreciate it. But it’s not suitable for endgame. Seriously. No special effects, and the defense isn’t the highest. Frostcursed Armor or Shadow Armor make everything much better. So consider this set a cosmetic or transitional option until you get to the real top sets.
