Embark Studios is preparing the biggest update for ARC Raiders since its October release. The Riven Tides update, scheduled for late April, will bring the first map in six months—and it looks like it’s going to be something special.
The action will take place on the coast, around the abandoned Panorama Azzurro resort. The developers have already sent players encrypted dispatches: photos show hotel ruins, tennis courts, and discos. It all looks as if the location was specifically designed for vertical gameplay and ambushes. And most importantly, they promise a gigantic naval enemy. According to teasers, this creature should add variety to the usual hunt for ARC flying machines. Finally.
