Andreas Xyp9x Huslet is a professional CS:GO player from Denmark. Four-time major tournament champion with Astralis.Xyp9x started his professional career back in CS 1.6. In 2012, he switched to CS:GO. In January 2013, Andreas joined fnatic, with whom he had little success. In the middle of that year Hoyslet joined the Copenhagen Wolves. That team also featured dev1ce and dupreeh, with whom Xyp9x spent the next seven years of his career. The three changed teams, but always stayed together.In February 2014, Team Dignitas signed the ber G33KZ mix, which featured Xyp9x. That season, the team reached the semi-finals of the majors twice. At the beginning of 2016, former Team Dignitas players enlisted the support of sponsors and created the Astralis organization. After a while, this tag became the most successful in the history of CS:GO.In 2017, Astralis won the opening major of the season – ELEAGUE Major 2017. However, then the team’s results began to decline. After the failure at ELEAGUE Major 2018, Kjaerbye left the team. They took Magisk instead. In 2018, the team was unstoppable. Astralis won 11 major tournaments, including FACEIT Major 2018. In 2019, all the players of the roster, except for Magisk, became four-time champions of major tournaments. In May 2020, Xyp9x took a short break from the game. The Dane returned in October and helped the team win two tier-1 tournaments.Xyp9x is famous for his ability to take clutches. For this, he even received the nickname “Clutch Minister”.
