Filip Kubski NEO appeared in eSports in 2003. He played in the discipline of Counter-Strike 1.6, achieved considerable success. Already in 2004, the player met and became friends with Wiktor " TaZ " Wojtas, and together they began to conquer the pro scene. In 2012, the comrades moved to CS:GO, and at first they played poorly and did not live up to the hopes of the fans. In January 2014, NEO joined the banner of Virtus.pro. The five brilliantly proved themselves on the professional scene: the guys won ESL Major Series One Katowice 2014, ESL ESEA Pro League Invitational, ELEAGUE Season 1 and DreamHack Masters Las Vegas 2017, became silver medalists at EPICENTER 2017. In 2018, the results of the squad dipped, and in December, Philip went inactive. Since May 2019, he has been playing for FaZe Clan, but has not been successful. In January 2020, he joined the banner of ARCY, and in May he was announced as part of Honoris. In 2002, Philip was named Player of the Year. In 2010, HLTV.org named him Player of the Decade.
