In esports, there are always those who appear quietly but quickly begin to attract attention. One of these players was Kenzo Fagiolino, known in the community as Kirva. Hailing from France, Kenzo was born on November 25, 2004, and despite being only 20, he has already gone the way that thousands of teenagers with a gamepad in their hands dream of.

First steps and the path to prize money

Kenzo began participating in tournaments at the age of 17, and even then managed to take a prize place, earning his first $450. Yes, these were not millions, but it was then that it became clear that the guy was serious about Fortnite and was ready to invest in development. Just a year later, he was already playing more consistently and confidently: in 2023, he took part in 9 tournaments, showed a mature game and replenished his account by $3400. And in 2024, he took an important step forward: only two tournaments - but with the best result in his career and the largest win - $ 3,000 for participating in the grand final of FNCS: Major 2 2024. 25th place in such a prestigious tournament is an achievement that he can be truly proud of.

Alone, but not in the shadows

Interestingly, Kirwa is not a member of any team. He is going down this path alone, and it seems that this only strengthens his character. In Fortnite, he has already earned $ 7,300, and this entire amount is the result of exclusively online tournaments. Not a single LAN event yet, but given his growth, it is only a matter of time.

Memorable performances

Here are a few tournaments where Kirwa really showed his class:
  •  3rd place in a duo tournament in the summer of 2023 is one of his first "adult" successes.
  •  Silver at YjY's OG Skirmish is an event where he showed that he can not only play, but also fight under pressure.
  • And, of course, FNCS: Major 2 2024 is the tournament after which people started talking about him seriously.

What's next?

Today, Kirwa is a 20-year-old young man with ambitions, skills, and growing experience. He is not yet at the top of the world rankings, but his journey is just beginning. Without big words and large organizations behind him, he proves that you can succeed in Fortnite by relying on your own strength, perseverance, and love for the game. His current tally is 12 tournaments and $7,300 in prize money, but at the rate he's growing, it seems like Kirva has much bigger wins ahead of him.
