Easter eggs and references
Blizzard has added a lot of Easter eggs and small details to the map for players, which attentive players find with delight.
In the “MEKA Base” area, you can see the combat robots of all squad members, except for mech D.Va — she is, as always, in the thick of things.
A memorial stone with the inscription “The fallen will never be forgotten” has been erected in the Sanctuary location, a touching tribute to the memory of the soldiers who defended the city.
And at the “Center” level, players can relax — there is a karate bar and a dance machine. To activate it, it is enough to put the hero on a platform with buttons and use the emotion of dancing. If you approach the microphone, some characters will even sing a song — it’s a small thing, but it’s nice.
Busan Map Locations
The map is divided into three levels:
-
Centre
-
The Sanctuary
-
The MEKA base
To win a match, a team must win on two of the three levels. The battle begins in the “Center”, then moves to the “Sanctuary”. If no winner is determined after two rounds, the finals will be held at the MEKA base.
Each level has one checkpoint. The task is to hold it until the progress indicator reaches 99%, keeping enemies away for five seconds. If the opponent breaks through to a point, the counter is reset and the fight begins anew.
Result
Players have rightfully come to love Busan for its interest in the history of the Overwatch world. This is not just a battlefield — it’s a living, breathing map, where every detail reminds you that a whole world is hidden behind a virtual firefight.
