Both champions build around basic attacks. Silver Stake adds magic damage on hit that grows with the target’s missing health, Soul Ignition grants attack speed and move speed at the cost of self-damage, and Ashen Pursuit teleports before dashing into an attack. Yi replies with true damage from Wuju Style, which no defensive item reduces, and Double Strike hitting twice on a repeating count. Durability during the exchange is where they diverge: Meditate restores health and cuts incoming damage mid-fight, and Locke has nothing equivalent while his own W is draining him.
