Miss Fortune

Few marksmen offer as smooth an entry into the ADC role as Miss Fortune. With a difficulty rating of just 1 and an attack score of 8, she converts simple decisions into heavy damage, which is why she remains a staple bot lane pick and occasionally appears mid as a lane bully.

Her laning pattern revolves around Love Tap, a passive that adds bonus physical damage every time she basic attacks a new target. Weaving hits between the enemy carry and support maximizes this, and Double Up doubles down on the idea: the bullet damages the first enemy and a second target behind them, with both strikes applying Love Tap. Killing a minion to bounce the second shot into a champion is her signature trade in lane.

Speed and Area Control

Strut passively grants Move Speed when she has not been attacked, letting her rotate quickly and dodge skillshots, and can be activated for attack speed in fights, with Love Taps refunding its cooldown. Make It Rain sprays an area with slowing bullets, revealing brush and setting up her ultimate.

Bullet Time is where Miss Fortune defines teamfights. She channels a cone of bullet waves, each capable of critically striking, so a single well-positioned ultimate on a clumped or crowd-controlled enemy team can decide the fight.
