Twitch

Twitch occupies a unique niche among ADCs: a marksman who opens fights like an assassin. Ambush grants him Camouflage and Move Speed, letting him slip unseen into a flanking position before erupting with bonus Attack Speed when he breaks stealth. Because Ambush’s cooldown resets whenever a champion dies with Deadly Venom on them, a single pick can chain into a full stealth reposition and another kill.

Everything in his kit feeds his poison. Deadly Venom stacks true damage per second on every basic attack, Venom Cask hurls an exploding cask that slows and applies venom in an area, and Contaminate detonates all accumulated stacks on every poisoned enemy at once. The rhythm is distinctive: stack venom through attacks and casks, then cash the stacks in with Contaminate for a burst that scales with how long targets stayed in the fight.

Spray and Pray is one of the great teamfight ultimates for a marksman — his crossbow bolts pierce every enemy in their path over a huge distance. Against a grouped team, Twitch stops shooting one champion and starts shooting five, applying poison to the entire enemy roster through their own frontline.

Risk and reward

The trade-off is stark: with 2 defense and no escape once Ambush is spent, a mispositioned Twitch dies instantly. He is played ADC and occasionally mid, and belongs to patient players who enjoy hunting for the perfect flank, waiting out vision, and converting one clean angle into a shredded teamfight.
