There has been a serious movement in the esports backstage of North America — the Logitech G brand decided not to limit itself to the female cast and rolled out a large-scale expansion of its partnership with FlyQuest. In fact, now absolutely all the active disciplines of the club will be under the wing of the manufacturer of the periphery. If earlier the collaboration, which lasted two and a half years, concerned only the girls from FlyQuest RED in CS2, now the brand’s logo will light up in League of Legends, Marvel Rivals and even in the fighting game community (FGC). This decision looks like a logical continuation of Logitech G’s aggressive strategy at the beginning of 2026, especially against the background of their eight-year alliance with the Koreans from Kia’s Dplus, which was updated literally on January 9th.

Interestingly, by the way, the parties are not in a hurry to disclose the financial background or specific activations yet — they have limited themselves to a loud announcement on social networks. Chris Smith, who runs the gameplay at FlyQuest, seems to be absolutely delighted with the prospects. According to him, the experience of working with the RED team was excellent, and now the organization intends to work with Logitech to pave the way to the top in all titles at once. Admittedly, FlyQuest now looks like a very appetizing asset for sponsors — in addition to the device giant, they are supported by Koreans from BRMUD and crypto enthusiasts from Theta Labs. There are currently five key partners in the pool, which is a big number for the current market.

Transfer player story and FlyQuest goals in CS2 discipline

Against the background of sponsorship successes, FlyQuest is actively shaking up its battle formations. After a powerful 2025 in League of Legends, the team decided to take the shooter direction seriously. Already on January 6, Juan “story” Vieira joined the squad, a top transfer designed to strengthen the club’s position after performing at the StarLadder Budapest Major. In fact, the situation is critical right now — the team is hanging out on the 32nd line of the Valve (VRS) rating, and they need to rise higher.

The first serious test for the updated roster will begin already in the closed qualifications for the Zhi-Tech Elite Masters. The situation is like this — you need to get into the top eight to get a ticket to the LAN finals. By the way, the event will be held in a short time from January 23 to January 25. FlyQuest doesn’t seem to have time to rock out — partnering with Logitech obliges it to show results here and now. It will be interesting to see if this “technical doping” from the sponsor will give a real advantage in the game, but on paper the deal looks as good as possible with a well—developed presentation.
