007: First Light features 10 hidden collectible postcards—without them, you will not be able to unlock every trophy. The developers have scattered them throughout key missions, tying their locations to specific areas and checkpoints. Below, you will find a detailed guide: exactly where each postcard is located, where to start your search, and how to make the hunt easier.
Map Locations of All Collectible Postcards
The list is quite extensive. Here is a quick cheat sheet covering the missions and checkpoints, followed by detailed instructions and helpful tips.
Table of Contents
Postcard in Iceland mission Against the Odds

Once you reach the “Central Camp” checkpoint, turn right immediately and head into Container B2. Inside, you’ll find a single enemy (whom you can take down silently). The postcard is sitting on the desk where he was standing. It’s a quick grab—no unnecessary fuss required.
Postcard in Malta mission The Needle’s Eye

After exiting the vehicle with Greenway, look around: soldiers are training nearby, and to your right, there is a table stacked with water bottles. That is exactly where the “Malta” postcard is tucked away. Simply pick it up—no one will notice.
Postcard in Slovakia mission All the Time in the World

This one is a bit trickier. The postcard is located inside Room 205. To gain entry, you’ll need to distract the woman inside: either activate the vacuum cleaner or fire a tranquilizer dart from your phone gadget. Pickpocket her to retrieve the keycard. The door is open—and a postcard sits on the bedside table.
Postcard in Mauritania mission The Past Never Dies

You have arrived at the auction. Head to the left-hand zone; you will find three guards inside a shipping container there. To their right is a locked door secured with a padlock. Use the Laser Strap gadget to cut through the lock and retrieve the postcard. Note an important detail: if you have already completed this mission, restart from the “Q-Lab” checkpoint within the “Out of the Ashes” mission, equip the Laser Strap, and then backtrack to this location.
Postcard in Kensington mission Uninvited

Sneak through the Security Office and enter the CCTV surveillance room. Look at the desk on the left—the postcard is lying right out in the open. This is one of the easiest ones to find.
Postcard in London mission Knightfall

Use your Q-Lens to scan the art installation; doing so will prompt Greenway to give you a boost. Next, traverse along the ledge, vault over the railing, and jump through the open window. You will land inside a bar located on the upper floor. To your left, you will see a counter lined with glasses—the postcard is sitting right there.
Postcard in Vietnam mission Time to Die

Descend the staircase on the left to enter the Ocean View bar. Pickpocket one of the women to obtain a “Party Flyer,” which serves as your entry pass. Once inside, you will find Ellis White (a secondary objective), but your true destination is the far-right corner of the room—that is where the “Vietnam” postcard is located.
Postcard in laboratory Q-Lab mission Man of the Hour

Your objective is to steal the field equipment. Head to the Q-01 Gym and climb atop the lockers. Jump across to the back section of the room and proceed down the corridor. At the very end, you will find a desk—the “Q-Lab” postcard is sitting on it.
Postcard in Antarctica mission Wave of the Future

You need to make your way to HYPERION. Defeat the first android you encounter, then proceed through the doors secured by a key switch. Jump over the scaffolding—to the left, on the table by the window, lies the “Antarctica” postcard.
Postcard in штабе MI6 миссия For England

Answer the red phone and retrieve the earpiece from the enemy (as part of the main objective). Then, pass through the door and squeeze between the shelving units. As soon as you have done so, look down; the MI6 postcard is right there.
How to Earn the The World Is Not Enough Silver Trophy
For collecting the complete set of 10 IO Interactive postcards, you are awarded the “The World Is Not Enough” Silver trophy on PlayStation—along with equivalent achievements for the Xbox and Steam ecosystems. The title itself serves as a nod to the 1999 Bond film of the same name.
However, this is merely a warm-up for hardcore completionists. The comprehensive collection encompasses all 92 items (36 cards, 23 pieces of intel, 14 souvenirs, 10 postcards, and 9 legacy items); only upon achieving 100% completion are you awarded the “A Collector’s Habit” Master trophy—one of the rarest in the game, boasting a rarity rating of less than 0.1% on PSNProfiles. In terms of volume, the postcards constitute the smallest category: just 10 items, compared to the 36 cards, which take most players twice as long to find. You can track your progress using the Touchpad (PS) or View (Xbox) buttons; pressing the button opens a counter categorized by item type. There is no chapter-specific tracker; the menu simply displays “X out of 10 postcards” without indicating which specific chapter they belong to. This is a crucial detail when aiming for 100% completion: rely on this guide for navigation rather than the game’s built-in statistics.
Guide to Collecting Items via Chapter Select
No surprises here: it is impossible to permanently miss any items. If you have already completed the campaign, simply load the required section using the Chapter Select feature. Found a postcard? You can immediately exit back to the main menu. Your progress is instantly saved, so you will not be forced to play through the entire mission until the credits roll. However, there is a subtle catch regarding your equipment. If you jump directly into a mission—specifically Chapter 10 or later—the system will automatically change your character’s outfit, which may result in the “Laser Strap” gadget being unequipped. Without this gadget, it is simply impossible to reach the postcard located in Mauritania. A working workaround goes like this: load up Chapter 9, head to the desk in the Q-Lab, manually equip the Laser Strap, and then set out to sweep the locations. Here is what each gadget is used for:
-
Q-Watch (issued at the start of Chapter 4) — hold L1 / LB to highlight nearby objects in yellow.
-
Laser Strap (unlocked during the Chapter 9 mission) — cuts through padlocks and clears away debris blocking access to hidden caches.
By the way, if you have collected everything required but the trophy still has not popped—don’t panic just yet. Load into the TacSim hub and carefully examine the wall display featuring your collected materials. For many players, this simple scripted trigger is exactly what forces the game to finally award their hard-earned achievement.
