Beta update 4.4 for PUBG Mobile has already been launched — and judging by the content, the developers decided to play on nostalgia to the fullest. Iconic trunks are returning, classic maps are getting an upgrade, and the rumors surrounding Pharaoh Mode haven’t subsided for months in a row.

What will be returned and added in the 4.4 update
The main highlight of the patch is the return of the M416 “Seal of the Underworld” along with the case. The fiery PDP skin with enhanced effects and animations has already become legendary in previous seasons, and now it can be knocked out or purchased again. For those who like to dominate the middle distance in a big way, this is great news.
Vector returns with the M416. The classic SMG for close combat will be back in rotation — an ideal tool for aggressive skating rinks, where reaction speed, not range, decides.
Another notable change will affect Bazuka (Panzerfaust) and JS9: both weapons will be available on all classic maps as loot or through the tool store. At the same time, Bazuka received a redesign — the explosion radius increased, the base damage was slightly reduced, but the damage to transport was seriously increased. Theoretically, with one shot, it is now possible to take out both cars and detachments at once.
Pharaoh Mode, lobby redesign and collaborations
In addition to weapons, the return of Pharaoh Mode with floating islands and dynamic weather is expected in 4.4. Whether it will be the old mummy boss or his new variation is still without details, there are different rumors. A complete redesign of the lobby, leveling of weapon skins and several collaborations have also been announced, the details of which have not yet been disclosed.
The beta is already available. The stable release of update 4.4 for PUBG Mobile is expected in June 2026.
