Fernando Alvarenga, better known as fer, is a legendary Brazilian professional Counter-Strike player. He began his career in CS 1.6 back in 2011 and transitioned to CS:GO in 2013. Known for his aggressive rifling and sharp aim, fer rose to prominence in 2015 after joining Luminosity Gaming. That same year, he competed in the FACEIT Stage 3 Finals, and in 2016, he helped lead his team to win the MLG Major Championship: Columbus. Later that year, Luminosity's roster, including fer, transitioned to SK Gaming due to contractual reasons. During his time with SK, fer secured titles at ESL One: Cologne 2016, ECS Season 3, EPICENTER 2017, and ESL Pro League Season 6. In June 2018, he became part of MIBR (Made in Brazil), where the team won the ZOTAC Cup Masters 2018 and placed second at Flashpoint Season 1.
