Who is Anto and where to find him?
Anto is the leader of the Jamaican Maroons, an Assassin ally based in Kingston. He resides within the local Assassin Bureau in the Navassa region. To start a conversation with him, simply approach him and initiate a dialogue—this will activate a chain of four missions.
Important: Access to the Templar hunt is only unlocked after completing the main mission “This Old Cove,” where Edward receives refuge on Great Inagua. It is there that you will later unlock the armor cage.
Stage 1: “Maroon Assassin”—First Meeting and Surveillance
Anto asks for help freeing his friends. The first task is to infiltrate the tavern in Kingston and find clues to their whereabouts.
Go inside, approach the counter, and collect the “Dismissal Notice.” This triggers the next stage: explore the area near the church.
At the church, eavesdrop on the guards’ conversation. Afterward, three soldiers will scatter in different directions: two go through the buildings, and the third goes left alone. Chase any of them. After knocking the fugitive to the ground and interrogating him, you will complete the first part of the quest. New leads have been obtained – return to Anto at the Bureau.
Tip: In Resynced, the tracking mechanics have been reworked – enemies are more alert, and stealth now offers more options. Use bushes and tall grass to avoid being incensed.
Stage 2: “Recruiting the Maroons” – Freeing the Prisoners
Now that the location of Anto’s friends is known, the Assassin asks for your help in freeing them. In exchange, he will help track down the third Templar key.
Follow Anto to the location where the prisoners are being held. You’ll see a group of drunks on the right – hire them for 150 reals. They will distract the guards and provide cover during the fight.
Three green blips will appear on the map – targets where the prisoners are being held. Visit each one, eliminate the soldiers, and free the prisoners.
After liberating them, a new objective will appear: assassinate the local guard officer. Use Eagle Vision to locate the green blip above the target’s head.
Completion Options:
Once the officer is dead, return to Anto at the cemetery south of the area. The dialogue will conclude this part of the quest. Then return to the Assassin’s Bureau to continue your search.
Stage 3: “Attack” – Defending the Bureau
During your conversation with Anto, the Bureau is attacked by Templars. You must defend the area against waves of enemies.

After repelling the attack, meet Anto at the market marked on the map.
Stage 4: “The Commander’s Trick” – Final Elimination
The final act in Anto’s story is to assassinate Kenneth Abraham, the fourth target.
Follow the officers at the market. Overhear their conversation and learn they are throwing a party in the eastern part of Kingston. Follow Anto to the estate.
Once you’ve entered the grounds, use Eagle Vision to look around. Kenneth Abraham is an officer in a blue uniform with a striking hat; he’s located near the buffet table behind the main building.
How to Stealthily Eliminate the Target:
Caution: The area is heavily guarded, and eliminating Abraham quietly will be difficult. Prepare for battle. Smoke bombs are your best friend in this situation.
Confirm the kill and return to Anto. He will give you the fourth Templar Key.
Reward: Templar Armor and what’s next
After completing the hunt for Anto, you will receive one of four Templar Keys. There are five keys in the game: one is obtained through the story, and four are obtained by hunting Templars.
Once all five artifacts are collected, return to the estate on Great Inagua. There, unlock the cage and try on the legendary Templar Armor.
