Lulu

Lulu doesn’t ask permission before rewriting the rules around her. The yordle mage treats the borders of the physical world as more of a suggestion than a law, bending them into dreamlike shapes with the help of her fairy companion, Pix, who trails her wherever she roams. Where most people see danger in that kind of unchecked magic, Lulu sees an opportunity nobody else seems willing to take. She has never seen much reason to explain herself to people who wouldn’t understand the explanation anyway.

That conviction — that a touch of enchantment does the world good rather than harm — shows up directly in how she fights. Her passive, Pix, Faerie Companion, fires homing bolts of its own whenever Lulu attacks, though sharp-eyed enemies can intercept them before they land. Glitterlance lets Pix and Lulu fire matching bolts that slow anything they touch, while Whimsy can just as easily speed up an ally as turn an enemy into a harmless, oversized critter unable to attack or cast spells at all. Help, Pix! sends her companion darting off to shield a friend or harass a foe in her place, and Wild Growth, her ultimate, can make an ally briefly enormous, tossing nearby enemies into the air and handing out a wall of bonus health in the process.

Lulu calls Bandle City home, a spirit realm that already slips in and out of the mortal world without much regard for anyone’s expectations — fitting territory for a mage who does much the same thing to reality itself. As a support who can just as comfortably take the mid lane, she brings that same disregard for fixed rules to her role, alongside fellow yordles like Teemo and Tristana, who each bend Bandle City’s whimsy toward very different ends. Mana fuels all of it, but the actual limit on what Lulu will attempt seems to be imagination rather than resource.
