Three stacks from any of his abilities detonate into true damage, so magic resistance blunts the rest of his kit without touching the finisher. Plasma Fission splits on reactivation or on hit, which makes a single dodge direction unreliable, and Tectonic Disruption knocks up a champion who has no way to leave the area before it lands. Void Rift adds a second burst after a delay, so retreating through the same ground twice is punished.

Jinx’s compensating factors are real but slow. Both share 525 attack range at base, and Fishbones pushes her past it; her 630 health and 26 armor beat his 590 and 22; and Vel’Koz is rated 8 for difficulty against her 6, which matters because Life Form Disintegration Ray is a 2.5-second channel that follows the cursor and rewards precision. His 340 movement speed against her 325 is the underrated stat, since it decides who arrives at the next fight first.
