This page tracks every meaningful Akshan counter in League of Legends for the MID role, built from real ranked matchup statistics rather than opinion. Right now the hardest opponents for Akshan are Swain, Vex, Vladimir — in these matchups Akshan’s win rate drops the furthest below its average. The single strongest counter is Swain, where Akshan wins just 41.9% of 155 recorded games. Akshan itself counters Azir, Aurelion Sol, Yone — favorable matchups worth exploiting in champion select.

Each card shows the win rate from Akshan’s perspective and the number of games behind it — a matchup with tens of thousands of games is far more trustworthy than one with a few hundred. The Easy/Even/Hard labels are computed from those win rates (below 48% reads as Hard, above 52% as Easy); they are a reading aid, not a separate source stat. Data comes from ranked games at Emerald rank and above across all regions, currently on patch 16.13.1, and refreshes automatically every 48 hours, so the numbers move with the meta.
