The Forza Horizon 6 developers have released the latest AstroToy Photo Challenge for the current spring season, which will send gamers to the very south of the virtual map. Players must find the spaceport in the Nangan region and take a stunning photo of a specific car there. The task is simple, but requires a couple of precise conditions—we’ll explain how to quickly complete this challenge and collect your well-deserved points.

Where to find the spaceport for the AstroToy Photo Challenge in Forza Horizon 6?

The new challenge is divided into two clear stages: you need to select the right car and drive it to the spaceport located in the southern part of the game world. The Nangan location is immediately noticeable on the map. To save time, simply activate fast travel—the fast travel point will take you straight to the launch pad and the massive launch complex.

Operating the car is also easy. Go to the “Cars” menu, click “Change Car,” and filter your entire garage by body type. We’re looking for a specific class: “Track Toys.” Feel free to choose any model from this category. If you don’t have such a vehicle in your collection, you’ll have to stop by the nearest Horizon Festival location and buy some wheels at the Auto Showroom.

Once you’ve selected the desired supercar and are standing at the spaceport, it’s time to get the camera out. Press “Up” on the controller’s D-pad to enter photo mode and take a beautiful shot. By the way, you don’t have to rely on the official preview from the Festival Playlist menu. You don’t need to capture a giant rocket in your lens—the game will count the quest even if the only shot is the car itself against the spaceport buildings.

The developers are offering some nice bonuses for successfully completing this photo setting. The reward is two season points and a unique phrase for Forza Link: “Beam me up!” Hurry, because this spring marks the end of the massive “Welcome to Japan” holiday series. All activities, including the current Forza Horizon 6 treasure hunt, will close on June 18th at 2:30 PM UTC. Immediately afterward, the game will transition to the summer season, which means a brand-new Festival Playlist with other exclusive rewards will begin.

All requirements for completing the AstroToy challenge

To ensure the photo challenge launches without a hitch, it’s worth checking the final checklist. Sometimes, inattention can lead to the system simply ignoring your efforts, so here’s a detailed breakdown of all the rules for this spring challenge:

  • Car class: Strictly “Track Toys.” Cars in the “Extreme Track Toys” category are not eligible for the quest.
  • Location: Cosmodrome territory in the Nangan region (southern border of the map).
  • Timeframe: The test is active until June 18th, 2:30 PM UTC.
  • Shooting conditions: The player’s vehicle must be clearly visible in the camera. The surrounding spaceport infrastructure must serve as a backdrop.
