The “Good Morning From Your Dawnstar” banner has opened in-game, allowing you to drop Liino, a six-star Electric support who is seriously changing the Electric squad meta. The banner will last until August 30th on Asian servers and August 29th in EU/NA—though some sources are mentioning September 2nd, which seems to be the deadline for related events, not the headhunting itself.
Incidentally, the developers have given fans some new clues: the “Like a Star Streaking Through the Boundaries” story event, which allows you to earn Oroberyl and leveling materials, launched simultaneously with the banner. And for those not ready to spend a donation, there’s a whole host of free options: the Bedazzling Dawnstar welcome event awards five spins, daily logins, HH passes, AIC Quota exchanges, and Combat Drills battle challenges—all of which confidently answer the question of “how to get Liino without investing.”
So when should you spend your saved spins? Liino isn’t just a pop star in Talos II, but a powerful SP support for Zhuang Fangyi and Perlika: her ultimate grants Electric Amp and Nature Amp, and her combat skill restores SP to allies. Additionally, the parallel weapon banner, Bedazzled Issue, contains her signature spear, Bedazzling Night Debut—and while there’s no official confirmation that it’s BiS, it’s worth dropping it only if you’re absolutely certain. The chances of a 6★ are 0.8%, with a guaranteed 80 spins (from 50/50), and a hard guarantee of 120.
