Semi-final forces: Team Spirit and Team Vitality are waiting for their victims
Apparently, Team Spirit and Team Vitality have provided themselves with the most comfortable conditions. The guys took the first places in their groups, so they will start immediately from the semifinals on February 7. The rest of us will have to fight our way through the quarterfinal sieve — it’s always extra pressure, to be honest.
IEM Krakow 2026 Playoff Schedule
February 6 — Quarterfinals:
-
FURIA vs Aurora Gaming: The Brazilians from FURIA are currently on guard — they topped the VRS rating in February and clearly want to consolidate their status as the best in the world. After the ridiculous defeat by FUT, they essentially skated NAVI, Astralis and The MongolZ in the bottom bracket. In addition, they will face the guys from Aurora Gaming, who have not seen the playoffs of major tournaments since their triumph in Bucharest in November 2025. It will be interesting to look at their collision.
-
G2 Esports vs MOUZ: G2 looks very cheerful, despite the misfire in the match with the Spirits. But the “Mice” (MOUZ), by the way, literally gnawed out their place, defeating the FaZe Clan and Team Falcons in the hardest series. Staying strong in the later rounds became their main trump card, that’s a fact.
February 7 — Semifinals:
-
Team Spirit will face the winner of the first pair of the quarterfinals.
-
Team Vitality will compete with the best of the G2/MOUZ duo.
February 9 — The Final Chord:
-
The match for the third place.
-
The Grand Final.
All ESL games will be streamed on their usual platforms — Twitch and YouTube. In fact, the HYPE concentration is off the charts. Apparently, we’re in for one of the most unpredictable finales of the season — great news, really. Along the way, it’s worth considering that any mistake now will send the team home empty-handed, so no one will be careful. Actually, that’s why we love top Counter-Strike.
