Electronic Arts, along with Battlefield Studios, have launched free access to Battlefield 6 for a full week.
The distribution started on November 25, 2025 at three o’clock in the afternoon in Moscow and will end on December 2. During this time, anyone can try the shooter — you won’t have to buy anything, and you don’t need a subscription either.
So far, three locations are open: Eastwood, Blackwell Fields and Siege of Cairo. There are four modes available — Conquest, Team Deathmatch, Sabotage and Breakthrough. The fifth one is still being kept secret, but they promise to show it later.
The November update brought a map somewhere in California and a couple of new guns. In December, the third major update of the first season will be rolled out — wait for the winter version of Empire State, fresh modes and an ice axe for close combat.
Battlefield 6 has been released on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. After the launch, it sold more than 7 million copies — EA named it the most popular shooter of 2025 in terms of sales.
By the way, the Battlefield 6 single-player campaign has recently been leaked to torrent trackers.
All available modes can be tested through the Battlefield RedSec client. If you decide to buy the full version, all progress from the probe will be saved. A 15% discount is available on Steam until December 4. Recently, the guys from EA DICE showed another mode — Casual Breakthrough.
The developers reminded us about another freebie: by November 30th, log into the game and get a free rifle skin. You need to look for it in the Inbox section, where incoming notifications are located (the envelope icon in the menu).
