Alexander “s1mple” Kostylev officially opened a new chapter in his career, playing his debut match for BC.Game. Already in the first game, the legendary sniper showed that he remains a formidable force on the CS2 stage. The confrontation with CYBERSHOKE in the group stage of the online tournament Exort The Proving Grounds Season 3 was a real test of nerves and skill. The match unfolded on three maps. The first one – Overpass – ended with a minimal defeat for BC.Game with a score of 13:16. But on Mirage, the team showed character and snatched victory in overtime – 19:17. The decisive chord sounded on Ancient, where BC.Game dominated from the very start, having made a confident 13:8. Such a start not only gave the fans bright emotions, but also showed that the new roster is capable of fighting with the strongest. The 2-1 victory was a symbolic statement of serious ambitions for the entire upcoming season.

To provide some context, on July 28, Natus Vincere made the announcement regarding s1mple’s departure from the team due to the expiration of his contract. Coincidentally, on the same day, BC.Game proudly revealed that they had signed Alexander to strengthen their active CS2 roster, marking a significant transition in his career.

The Exort The Proving Grounds 3 tournament is currently taking place online from August 10 to 22, featuring a substantial prize pool of €75,000. This competitive event showcases several talented teams, including Spirit Academy, GUN5, and Sangal, all vying for the top spot. Additionally, the playoff stage has already seen invites extended to prominent teams such as BetBoom Team, Fnatic, and Passion UA, setting the stage for an exciting conclusion to the tournament as these teams battle it out for glory.
