Robin “robiin” Sjögren is a name well—known to fans of the Swedish Counter-Strike 2 scene. This is not just another player — this is a person who has been living in esports for more than a decade. His story is an example of how perseverance, calmness and self—belief help you stay in business, even when the path is longer than it seemed at the beginning. Over the years of his career, robiin has participated in almost 200 tournaments, winning about 40 prizes and earning over $76,000. He has won dozens of podiums, from bronze to gold. I especially remember his victory at the #HomeSweetHome with a prize pool of $30,000, where he performed as part of the END. Robin now represents the Swedish KB (Kappa Bar) team and continues to show that experience and composure can be stronger than youth and excitement.

How it all started

Robin took his first steps in esports back in 2013, when he competed at EMS One Summer 2013 for the Sprintfox team. His name wasn't in the headlines then, but it was there that his passion for competition and the understanding that Counter-Strike was not just a game, but a lifetime were born. Later, there was DreamHack Winter 2013 with the Xapso team, 13th place, a few prizes - and a huge motivation to keep going. Since then, robiin has participated in hundreds of matches and played for more than 50 teams across Europe, from small local teams to well—known organizations like Epsilon and END. He changed the lineups more than once, looking for the team where everyone understands each other without words. Now, it seems, he has found her — KB, where Robin plays with the confidence of a veteran and the passion of a novice.

An experience that is felt in every round

When you look at the game robin, you immediately realize that this is not just a shooter, but a person who sees the map ahead. His decisions are precise, his movements are economical, and his timings are almost perfect. He doesn't chase highlights — he does everything for the team to win. In the last seasons of Svenska Elitserien Fall 2024 and Svenska Cupen 2024, he once again showed that being consistently at the level means being a professional. Even when the results are not the loudest, his contribution to the KB team's victories is felt: support, advice, confidence. All this makes him not just a player, but the heart of the team.

The teams that Robiin played for

Robin represented dozens of teams along the way, and each of them left a mark on his career.:
  • KB — starting in June 2025, prize money is $820
  • BOXED — May 2024
  • megoshort — December 2024
  • FC — October 2024 (prize money of $5,000)
  • ALL — June 2024 (prize money is $5,000)
For him, every team is not just a logo and a uniform. These are the people with whom he shared victories, defeats, and sleepless nights in training.

Hard-earned achievements

The list of tournaments where robiin has reached the podium is impressive:
  • SE 2025 Spring — June 2025 ($1,000)
  • UKIC League S6 — May 2025
  • SCCC 2024 — December 2024
  • SE 2024 Fall — November 2024 ($543)
  • SC 2024 — November 2024 ($277)
  • ESL Jönköping 2024 — June 2024 ($400)
  • SZEG 2024 — June 2024 ($566)
  • EI 2024 Spring — May 2024 ($100)
  • ELCC 2023 — December 2023 ($1,000)
  • Compass 2023 Fall — December 2023 ($100)
Behind each figure are weeks of training, exhausting bootcamps, and real emotions. His path is not a series of easy victories, but the result of constant work, discipline and self—belief.

A man who just loves the game

Today, robiin is neither a novice nor a veteran who lives in the past. He is a player who still enjoys every match. He's not chasing fame, he's just doing his thing — playing, helping the team, and showing the young that CS2 still has a place for those who play with their hearts. Perhaps that's why fans from all over Europe continue to follow him, because in his story there is something that is often lacking in modern esports: sincerity and love for the game.
