Mordekaiser loses this one, and movement is the reason. Singed runs at 345 base move speed against 335, and Noxious Slipstream tops that up every time he drafts past a champion, so the fight happens at a distance he chooses. Poison Trail deals its damage simply by walking, which means he never has to stand inside the arc of Obliterate, and Mega Adhesive turns the ground itself into an obstacle by slowing and grounding whoever steps on it. The recorded rate is 43.1% for the Iron Revenant across 676 games on patch 16.13.1.

Damage type offers no relief: both are magic-damage champions starting on 32 magic resistance, so neither builds an advantage the other cannot copy. The sharper issue is Insanity Potion, which applies Grievous Wounds through Poison Trail and cuts the healing that Mordekaiser draws out of the shield Indestructible stores. Durability is not the missing piece either — 645 base health growing to 2,413 behind 108.4 armor is a solid frame, and it does very little against an opponent who refuses to stand still.

Two tools keep the matchup alive. Death’s Grasp drags Singed back before Fling can reverse the positions, and Realm of Death isolates him completely, where 2,282 health at level 18 and 105.4 armor make Singed an unwilling duelist. Execution ratings of 4 against 5 are close enough that mechanics are not the deciding factor.
