The 4.4 update for PUBG Mobile looms as one of the fattest in recent times. Ford instead of the expected Ferrari, the legendary M1 Garand as the “patch cannon”, Panzerfaust, which broke out of Karakin, BLUELOCK anime cards, the new HONOR roulette for two suits and the return of the iconic AUG “Roar of the Abyss”. We are sorting through everything that insiders have already leaked and that they have managed to officially confirm.
Table of Contents
Ford in 4.4, Ferrari later
Patch’s main collaboration is with Ford. And there is a nuance here. Many were sure that the April update would open a partnership with Scuderia Ferrari HP — the very Ferrari content and sports cars that PUBG Mobile loudly announced back in late 2025 with an eye to 2026. Judging by the leaks, the Italians are moving to 4.5, and right now Ford is taking over the steering wheel.
A new Coupe Mirado will be added to the game. According to rumors, it accelerates to 163 km/h and becomes the fastest car in PUBG Mobile. Visually recognizable “Mirado”: removable roof, body in the spirit of a classic oil car. There are only two seats. This is not a family car, but a purebred sports car for the duo.

By the way, the original Mirado itself was historically built on the basis of the first generation Ford Mustang Mach 1 — so the Ford collaboration is not just marketing, but closing a long-hanging loop. Nicely.
It’s not the first patch that’s been gaining momentum in PUBG Mobile: in 4.0, players saw a Porsche with skins for the Coupe RB, Mirado, Dacia and UAZ. Ford 4.4 logically continues this story.
M1 Garand — “upgrade weapon”
The central firearm of the patch was assigned M1 Garand— a legend of the Second World War. Formally, the rifle flew in 4.3, but it was in 4.4 that it was brought to the fore: there is an improved skin and a separate version with abilities that will be available on the event maps.
For those who missed the match. M1 Garand is a semi—automatic rifle with the iconic “ping” when the clip goes out (yes, the same sound from all war films). The magazine is modest, with only 8 rounds, so it’s not an option to miss. But the damage is high, the rate of fire is decent, and the stability is higher than that of conventional DMRs. In fact, it’s a hybrid of a DMR and a sniper rifle, sharpened for medium range.

What kind of ability the “magical” skin will have is still a mystery. If we focus on the past “update guns”, we are waiting for either a visual kill trigger or an explosive animation when hit.
Panzerfaust breaks free from Karakin
One of the most high-profile patch leaks: Panzerfaust (the same German bazooka) is finally going beyond Karakin. In 4.4, it will be rolled out into four cards at once — Erangel, Miramar, Rondo and Weekend.
There will be three ways to get it.:
-
Pick up from the ground directly on the map;
-
knock out in drops;
-
Buy in the store for in-game currency.

In Karakin, where the bazooka has been registered for a long time, it will, of course, be left. For meta classics, this is a serious shake-up: massive explosives on the main maps will primarily hit those who like to stay at home and shoot from the roofs. Expect a wave of building breakouts and heated discussions in the general chat.
Metro Royale: The Football Collector
Metro Royale gets its own themed branch. In 4.4, new collectibles will appear in the mode.:
-
Golden soccer ball;
-
Silver soccer ball;
-
A bronze soccer ball.

This fits into the general football vibe patch (BLUELOCK didn’t just pull up). As a reminder: Metro Royale is a completely different story than the standard PUBG Mobile matches. Come in with your loot, shoot back at enemies and bots, collect valuables, and try to get out alive. Everything is yours. If they leaked it, they lost everything. Soccer balls, apparently, will become new high-value items for trade and collections.
BLUELOCK — Anime Football enters PUBG Mobile
The football theme in 4.4 does not come up by chance. The game features BLUELOCK anime cards, one of the most high—profile sports titles in recent years about the tough selection of strikers for the Japanese national team. This is a fresh twist for PUBG Mobile: the studio has already worked with Jujutsu Kaisen, Dragon Ball, Attack on Titan and Frieren, but this is the first time pure sports anime.

The BLUELOCK card format has not yet been disclosed. A collector? Game cards with emotions? Full-fledged character skins? Most likely, the bet will be on the collectible system, similar to how in 4.3 they launched the mechanics of collectible cards with free weapons of the 3rd level of improvement and exclusive series for collecting galleries.
Roulette HONOR: two suits in one
Fans of premium cosmetics are waiting for a new HONOR roulette, and this time — with two costumes at once. A similar format has already been tested on the “Sun and Moon” bundle. According to this logic, the community is betting on a new duet — fire and ice. The concept suggests itself: contrasting elements look great in PUBG design, where everything is decided by a recognizable silhouette and animation effect.

Return of AUG “Roar of the Abyss”
A separate gift for collectors. In 4.4, along with one of the golden suits, the AUG “Roar of the Abyss” is returned — one of the most coveted myths for an assault rifle. Return roulettes on iconic skins are rare, so the hype around this leak is understandable.
Bonus from above: a new weapon change animation will be added to AUG “Roar of the Abyss”. That is, visually, the skin will become even cooler than the original version. For the Olds, it’s a real motive to get back into the game.

Myths about leo — truth or trap?
Rumors are circulating about the return of mythical lion skins, one of the most high—status pets in the game. But there is an important point here: in one of the leaks, a lion flashes as a reward for the 30th level of the house. And it really knocks down the degree. If the lion really turns out to be a bonus for leveling up the house, its “mythical” weight will noticeably drop — this is a completely different price category than roulette myths. While we’re guessing on the coffee grounds.

Pets: Holla Buddy Roulette
Pets will also get attention in 4.4 — the studio will roll out the Holla Buddy roulette. I haven’t cried enough details yet, but the direction is clear: the companion system will continue to expand and will clearly become one of the monetization pillars of the patch.

Summary
-
Version 4.4 is shaping up to be one of the most comprehensive PUBG Mobile patches in recent memory:
-
Cars: Coupe Mirado with a 163 km/h (100 mph) top speed and a Ford collaboration.
-
Weapons: M1 Garand as a “weapon upgrade” with upgradeable and capable skins, Panzerfaust on Erangel, Miramar, Rondo, and Vikendi.
-
Content: Football collectibles in Metro Royale, BLUELOCK cards, an HONOR roulette with two costumes (likely Fire/Ice), the return of the AUG “Roar of the Abyss” with a new animation.
-
Pets: Holla Buddy roulette and the likely return of Mythic Lions.
-
On the horizon: a full-fledged Ferrari season, announced back in 2025, is approaching in 4.5.
If the leaks are confirmed, 4.4 will be the perfect bridge between the Porsche/Ford automotive theme and the upcoming Ferrari season. And the M1 Garand and Panzerfaust promise to significantly shake up the classic meta. We’re still waiting for the official patch notes, but it’s already clear: this season is definitely not for those planning to abandon PUBG Mobile until summer.
