Noxus Poppy ties the Iron Ambassador to the Otherroads skin line, framing her allegiance to Noxus as the defining feature of this early release rather than her usual Bandle City affiliation. It dates back to February 2010, making it one of her oldest available cosmetics.

This 520 RP Standard-rarity skin has been moved to the Legacy vault and is no longer part of the regular rotation, only resurfacing during special promotional events. It has no chroma options attached to it.
