Rogue Admiral Garen ties into the Bilgewater: Burning Tides event, launching July 22, 2015 for 750 RP as a Standard-rarity skin. Its naval, high-seas theme places Garen in an entirely different setting from his usual Demacian battlefield.

There are no chromas attached to this particular release. It has stayed in the regular shop since launch and is currently available, so newer players who missed the original event can still obtain it without trouble.
