Fallen God-King Garen extends the Battle of the God-Kings storyline with a darker turn, releasing August 28, 2024 as a Mythic skin. As with other Mythic-tier releases, it was not made available for a straightforward RP purchase.

The skin has no chromas, keeping its presentation as a single distinct design. Its availability is currently rare, so obtaining it typically requires waiting for a special event or promotional opportunity rather than the standard shop.
