Sweetheart Annie takes its cues from the Heartbreakers line, a collection of romance-themed skins that generally lean into candy-hearts sweetness rather than the sorrow found in similarly named lines elsewhere in League. It gives Annie a cheerful, affectionate presentation.

Originally priced at 750 RP as a Standard release with no chromas, the skin now carries legacy status. It has been moved into the vault and only returns during Riot’s occasional legacy sale events.
