Fittingly for a jungler, the player known as Ganks lives up to his name. Behind the handle is Franco Sanchez Juaregui, a 25-year-old Peruvian professional who patrols the jungle for Golden Lions in the LRS, one of Latin America’s competitive circuits. His nickname captures the essence of the role he plays: the roaming architect of early aggression.

The Jungle Mindset

Junglers occupy a uniquely cerebral position in League of Legends.
