Tian guides Top Esports to a 2-0 win over JD Gaming

Top Esports beat JD Gaming 2-0 during the second week of LPL Split 3. TES controlled the opener, then used stronger lane pressure to finish game two.

Tian received the player award after strong games on Vi and Lee Sin. Top Esports won both maps in just over thirty-three minutes.

Top Esports controlled every lane in game one

JD Gaming selected Yorick, Jarvan IV, Viktor, Ezreal and Shen. Top Esports answered with Rumble, Vi, Cassiopeia, Varus and Nautilus. Tian’s Vi created early pressure and helped Creme gain control in the middle lane. The pair found repeated kills before JDG could group. Creme finished the first game with eight kills and no deaths. ZUIAN also added eight kills from Rumble.

JackeyLove used Varus from a safe distance and collected seven kills. Zhuo joined nineteen of the team’s twenty-seven kills from Nautilus. JDG found only eight kills across the game. GALA produced five of them on Ezreal but lacked enough protection in the larger fights. Top Esports destroyed nine towers and built a large gold lead. The first nexus fell before thirty-three minutes had passed.

Tian connected the winning moves

Tian died only once across the complete series. His twenty assists show how often he reached the decisive action. On Vi, he attacked the central targets and created space for Cassiopeia. The direct approach prevented JDG from protecting every carry. His work also gave Top Esports control of the dragons. The team collected four during the opening game.

JDG tried to answer through Junjia’s Jarvan IV. The opposing jungler died nine times and could not hold the same map control. Top Esports carried that advantage into every lane. The team could move first because its towers and vision remained protected. The opening victory gave Top Esports room to use a different lineup in the second game. Fearless draft removed the first set of champions.

JDG made the second game competitive

Top Esports drafted Olaf, Lee Sin, Syndra, Ziggs and Alistar. JDG used Gnar, Nocturne, Ryze, Ashe and Seraphine. JDG found fifteen kills, two more than Top Esports. HongQ led the attack with seven kills from Ryze. Tian still completed the game without a death. His Lee Sin supported the lanes and remained available for every major fight. Top Esports gained the stronger structure control. The team destroyed ten towers, while JDG took only three. That advantage allowed TES to pressure several lanes at once. JDG could win a fight but still needed time to repair its base. Top Esports secured the later neutral monsters and returned to the exposed lanes. They completed game two after thirty-three minutes.

The first game was decided through kills, gold and complete map control. JDG never found a stable period after the early losses. The second game required more patience. Top Esports trailed in kills but stayed ahead through towers and lane pressure. ZUIAN finished the series with thirteen kills. Creme and JackeyLove each added ten across the two games. GALA remained JDG’s most reliable source of damage. The team still lacked enough control around him during the first game. Tian connected both victories through different champions. Vi brought direct control, while Lee Sin offered mobility and protection. Top Esports improved its group record with the 2-0 result. JD Gaming left after losing both a fast game and a much closer one.

Tian gave Creme the first move in game one

Tian used Vi to pressure the middle lane before JD Gaming could group. Creme then moved first from Cassiopeia and supported the side lanes. The pair repeatedly attacked isolated targets. JDG lost control of the river and could not protect every carry during the larger fights. JackeyLove stayed at a safe distance on Varus. ZUIAN’s Rumble blocked narrow routes and added damage around the objectives. Tian received the player award after connecting those moves. His routes supported the lanes without leaving the objectives open. Top Esports ended the opener with control in every lane. JDG never found a stable period after the early losses. The first result came through early pressure and direct team fights. The second required a different route.

JD Gaming won more individual fights in game two. HongQ found repeated damage on Ryze and kept the match close. Top Esports answered through lane pressure rather than a higher kill count. TES removed towers and kept several routes into the JDG base open. Tian changed to Lee Sin and completed the map without a death. He stayed available for the important dragon and Baron contests. ZUIAN used Olaf to pressure the side lane. That task differed from the space he controlled with Rumble in the opener. TES reached the base through its structure advantage and completed the sweep. Tian connected both wins with two different jungle champions.
