Kennen

Kennen is the only yordle in the Kinkou, the order tasked with keeping Ionia‘s spiritual balance intact. Size has never been the limiting factor his enemies assume it is. What he lacks in stature he makes up for with a whirling storm of shuriken and an enthusiasm for a fight that his more measured Kinkou colleagues do not always share. Most threats to that balance are not subtle about announcing themselves, and Kennen has never seen the point in being subtle back.

Patrolling Beside Shen

Kennen serves alongside his master Shen, and the two patrol the spirit realm together, with Akali once counted among their order as well. Where Shen and Akali bring a discipline shaped by years of Kinkou training, Kennen brings raw electrical force instead, striking down threats to the balance with an energy that seems almost too large for his small, furry frame.

That imbalance between size and power carries directly into how he fights. His passive, Mark of the Storm, stuns any enemy struck three times by his abilities, turning ordinary poke into a hard lockdown once enough hits land. Thundering Shuriken throws the first mark from range. Electrical Surge adds more of them passively through his attacks, with an active version that layers on further damage. Lightning Rush turns him briefly into living lightning, letting him pass through units while marking anyone he crosses along the way. Slicing Maelstrom, his ultimate, calls down a storm that strikes every nearby enemy champion at once, the clearest expression of a fighter whose reach far exceeds what his size would ever suggest to someone meeting him for the first time. Between the shuriken, the surge, and the storm, an entire team fight can end up carrying marks Kennen placed long before anyone noticed he was even in range.
