Malcolm Graves has been a wanted man in more places than most people can name, which says less about any one crime and more about a career built on gambling, theft, and mercenary work across multiple cities and empires. What keeps him from just being another outlaw is a code: Graves holds to a strict sense of criminal honor, and he enforces it personally, at the business end of a double-barreled shotgun he calls Destiny.

Back in Business with Twisted Fate

That code has been tested most by his relationship with Twisted Fate. The two were partners once, fell out badly enough that it became its own kind of legend, and have since patched things up — well enough that they’ve prospered together again inside Bilgewater‘s criminal underbelly, where trust is rare and profitable partnerships rarer still.

Everything about Graves’ kit is built around that shotgun and its limits. His passive, New Destiny, fires four bullets per attack that can’t pass through targets and forces him to reload once he’s run dry, so positioning against multiple enemies matters as much as raw damage. End of the Line lobs an explosive shell that detonates on a timer or on impact with terrain, Smoke Screen fogs an area to blind pursuers while damaging and slowing anyone caught in the initial blast, and Quickdraw sends him dashing forward with a temporary boost to Armor and Magic Resist, rewarding aggression toward enemy champions specifically. His ultimate, Collateral Damage, is the shotgun’s logical extreme: a single shell that hits hard, then detonates again to catch whoever else is standing nearby.

As an ADC who plays more like a duelist than a typical marksman, Graves fits the profile of a man who never really wanted to work alone — he just needed a partner he could actually trust not to shoot first.
