Over 1,057 games on patch 16.13.1, one of the deeper mid samples available, Talon lands at 45.3% and the difficulty computes as Hard.

Damage types run in opposite directions. Sylas is magic, so Talon’s 36 base magic resistance is doing real work and is the strongest defensive number he owns; Talon is physical into 29 base armour, which is soft early. The health curves then separate badly: Sylas climbs to 2,674 at level 18 against Talon’s 2,511, so the longer a game runs the less a single burst rotation accomplishes.

Mechanically the kits collide over commitment. Abscond / Abduct dashes and recasts to pull him onto a target, Kingslayer lunges and heals against champions, and Petricite Burst punishes anyone still adjacent after he casts. Talon needs three Wound stacks from Blade’s End plus a follow-up attack, and Chain Lash slows the approach that sets it up.
