Ivern cannot attack or be attacked by non-epic monsters and instead grows magical groves on camps that can be harvested once they mature, which means his clear is not a fight and his path is not limited by health. Sylas works through camps normally at 175 attack range with mana to manage, so tempo belongs to Ivern from the first minute, and every contested objective tends to arrive with him already in position.

In a direct clash the numbers look survivable for Sylas, at 600 base health and 2,674 at level 18 against 630 and 2,313, with 29 base armor against 27. The tools are the problem. Rootcaller roots a target and lets Ivern’s teammates dash straight to it, Triggerseed shields an ally then detonates for damage and a slow, and Daisy adds a second body that has to be handled before Kingslayer can be spent on anything that matters. Ivern also holds 475 attack range to Sylas’s 175 and is rated seven for difficulty against five. Both run on mana, but Ivern spends almost none of his on clearing camps, which leaves Kingslayer as the only reliable source of health Sylas can generate for himself. Across 508 games on patch 16.13.1, Sylas is behind at 43.9 percent against Ivern, a hard grade on a solid sample.
