The recorded result is 44.5% for Renekton across 625 games on patch 16.13.1.

Mega Adhesive supplies the second half. It slows and grounds anyone standing in it, and grounding blocks Slice and Dice, the dash that serves as both engage and escape. Fling then throws Renekton behind Singed, and a target flung into the adhesive is rooted outright. Noxious Slipstream grants a burst of movement speed whenever Singed drafts past a champion, so leaving a losing fight is trivial for him at 345 movement speed, identical to Renekton’s. Insanity Potion adds combat stats and makes the poison apply Grievous Wounds, cutting into the healing that Cull the Meek provides.

Renekton keeps a genuine early advantage—660 base health against 650, 69 base attack damage against 63, 35 armor against 34, and a 0.75-second stun that holds Singed still for the empowered follow-up. Converting it means forcing the issue at the earliest levels and refusing to chase a champion who profits from being chased.
